Settings

These are internal — nobody who owns a form sees them or can change them. What a sender controls is their own form: which AI it talks to, and what it knows.

Bounds

Tokens one conversation may spend before it is wound up. It replaced a limit on the number of turns, which bounded how many times somebody answered and said nothing about how much they pasted. At the ceiling the conversation still writes a result. Characters one answer may be. The box shows the count and refuses to send above it, and the server refuses again — a disabled button is a courtesy, not a bound.

Spend

Whole dollars the whole product may spend in a calendar month. Past it, no form starts a new conversation. $0.29 spent so far this month.

Switch

Conversations and form creation are running

Unticking this stops every form in the product for every sender, including conversations already under way, and stops new forms being created. It is the last resort: one bad form is better closed on its own page, and one runaway account is better held by its own spend ceiling.

At zero, forms stop opening for anyone new; whoever is already mid-conversation finishes. Counted from completed responses rather than from a running total, so it cannot drift.
